ADULT SPORT FIT:

Done in a group setting which makes it more affordable and creates a bigger support group to help ensure success. Studies have shown that group training classes burn more calories and have a much greater impact on reshaping the body than just doing cardio. This is a great option if you want a highly energized training environment where you are not only getting great results but having a blast while doing so.
For those who prefer the go it alone route, personal training is the most effective way to get results. Working one on one with our trainers you get a custom designed program specifically tailored to not only your goals but also your physiology and your psychology. The training sessions are highly motivational and are designed to not only benefit you while you workout with the trainer but also to help you learn how to better incorporate fitness into your life. Our trainers specialize in motivating, teaching and creating a sense of accountability for each client.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
Personal training for groups of 3 – 7. This is a great option if you want the personal attention of one on one training along with being able to train with your friends or loved ones. You get motivation and support from your trainer and friends while at the same time getting a custom designed program.
